At our annual internal kick-off, we deal with focus topics that we want to take a closer look at and drive forward. This year's event was all about "Client Experience": What kind of experience do clients have when they work with us?

We strive to offer our clients unforgettable, emotional experiences as part of their communication challenge. As experts in experiential communication, we cover the entire spectrum and set new standards. Our aim is for our clients to feel the quality of this 'experience' in every interaction with us.

But what exactly is the client experience? And at which points of contact does it unfold its full effect? What do we actually want to convey? Using various touchpoints, we addressed precisely these questions at our kick-off event and took a closer look at our brand and value proposition.
