Sustainability

At Jazzunique, we are passionate about developing and implementing aesthetic experiential communication. People are at the heart of our work, which spans the fields of events, space, design, and campaigns. Our stage is the earth, which we view as more than just a workplace.

Awareness of sustainability is therefore a fundamental part of our philosophy. We strive to create human-centered experiences that inspire and have a lasting impact. With this in mind, we ensure that the social, economic, and ecological systems in which we operate are in balance.

This is reflected in our commitment to the three-pillar model of sustainability and the 17 Sustainable Development Goals. We recognize that success is only possible by giving equal consideration to these three areas. Our goal is to enable future generations to have a promising future in both private and professional contexts. Our mission: to set realistic goals and work continuously to achieve them, questioning existing structures and constantly evolving. We focus on transparency, self-reflection, and authentic action, without greenwashing. Our sustainability strategy includes measurable milestones, which we regularly review and adjust as part of our change process.

These milestones guide our daily actions:

  1. We practice resource-efficient working practices, including the use of green electricity, reducing heating consumption, and reusing materials.
  2. We are committed to treating each other with care and respect in order to create a working environment that is as free as possible from any form of discrimination.
  3. We continuously raise our awareness of social and environmental sustainability through targeted training formats and events.
  4. We are constantly expanding our expertise in the development and implementation of sustainable projects for our customers.
  5. We are determined to strengthen and develop our partner network in order to operate sustainably in the market with efficient products and time-saving solutions.
  6. Our sustainability management is guided by reporting standards such as the UN global compact, the DNK (German Sustainability Code) and VSME (Voluntary Sustainability Standard for SMEs), as well as voluntary commitments such as the Charta der Vielfalt, fairpflichtet and fwd: and we are continuously working to improve our Ecovadis-Rating.
