We designed the "B+D Mitarbeiter-Magazin" for our client baierl + demmelhuber (B+D for short), a company specialising in high-quality exhibition stand construction, shop fitting and interior design.
The magazine is intended to promote dialogue between employees and reflect the personal and informal corporate culture at baierl + demmelhuber.
Our services included the creative design and support of the entire process, from the definition of design principles to the finalisation of the magazine.
Exciting insights
From the presentation of individual locations and exciting insights into the world of interior design to tips and tricks, the "B+D Mitarbeiter-Magazin" offers a wide range of topics for employees. Together with our client, we developed relevant categories that divide the magazine into informative and entertaining sections.
The basis of the magazine is deliberately designed to be open and simple: B+D employees write the content of the magazine themselves from the various perspectives of the company. The sections reflect all the important subject areas.
Emotional handwriting
In addition to the editorial support, we also took on the design of the magazine. Our design approach: as relaxed, authentic, warm and inviting as possible! We deliberately used handwritten motifs and illustrations to give each article a personal touch. These individual elements are intended to emphasise the uniqueness and personal charm of the company and create a special connection with the viewers - the employees.
The magazine is a fine example of successful employer branding, in which corporate values are lived in a very real and approachable way.
In close cooperation with baierl + demmelhuber, we are already developing the second "B+D Mitarbeiter-Magazin", which will be published twice a year in future.
