For the OMNITURM in Frankfurt, we took on the 360° marketing of the skyscraper on behalf of Tishman Speyer. We were responsible for the preliminary marketing campaign, the staging of the laying of the foundation stone and the appropriate marketing documents. Furthermore, we took over the entire social media management of the property and the communication of the associated living space.



"We are the Omnipeople"
During the entire construction period of the iconic Frankfurt skyscraper OMNITURM, which combines work, living and public life, the construction fences were impressively used in a preliminary marketing campaign created by us. All around the construction site, under the claim "WE ARE THE OMNIPEOPLE", you could see the faces of well-known Frankfurt personalities, whose diversity reflects the special features of the building.



Laying of the foundation stone of the Omniturm
On behalf of Tishman Speyer, we turned the laying of the foundation stone for the OMNITURM into an impressive event. Despite major logistical challenges due to the construction site environment and heavy rain, the 450 invited guests were surprised with a food concept developed by Taste of Now and Hubertus Tzschirner.
Refinement & Elegance
The appropriate marketing documents should be just as impressive as the 147 rental apartments in the architectural sculpture. The brochure reaches the discerning target group with a trendy magazine look and elaborate finishing. The website transfers the design concept to the digital level and supports contacting the landlord.



Social media campaign for Omniturm Living
The apartments of the Omniturm in the heart of Frankfurt are unique and offer the perfect starting point to experience the city - this feeling is conveyed with the social media posts on the Omniturm Living Instagram account. We were responsible for the creative content generation and its implementation as well as for the community management and the optimization and evaluation of the social media strategies pursued.



Big city flair in focus
The focus of the communication was always the big city flair and life in the middle of Frankfurt. Through insights into the high-quality apartments of the skyscraper, these aspects are authentically communicated and enhanced through interactions on the channel.
Urban lightness and joie de vivre was streamed throughout the city and beyond through a digital live concert from the Omniturm. Thomas Raudnitzky and Chasing Kurt created a good mood with their live DJ sets in the Omniturm showroom.
The Instagram appearance perfectly complemented the marketing package for the residential properties in the Omniturm and underlines the feeling of living in an architectural sculpture in the middle of Frankfurt.
In cooperation with Filmhafen, we created video clips that, accompanied by social media posts, draw attention to the unique living space and reflect the Frankfurt lifestyle.
The diverse Frankfurt personalities with different backgrounds underlined the complexity of the city, but also of the building itself. The digital presence of Omniturm Living was effectively completed with impressive imagery and convincing captions.
