AHA7 Eschborn/Frankfurt
One building complex, two different buildings, one campus - a property in Eschborn near Frankfurt with a total area of 25,727 square meters needed to be successfully marketed and emotionally charged. We developed a completely unique brand for this office space with a strategic all-round package: a digital exposé, a website, various sample areas and advertising measures in the outdoor area as well as the photographic depiction of the entire property and the visualizations of the various rooms and the campus.



Classic chic or new work? Both are possible at AHA7!
The name AHA7 is derived from the address of the building and is also the eponym for our AHA moments. “AHA” is an expression of understanding and satisfaction. There is an incredible amount of potential in the surroundings and in the office spaces, which offer future tenants a good work-life balance and individual freedom for employees - and it is precisely this key moment of realization that we demonstrate through our measures.
Business lounge meets pop-up office
Individual office concepts can be realized in the two buildings A and B. Building A caters more to the “classic” tenant, whereas Building B has very high ceilings and an atrium, giving it a loft feel - just right for (grown-up) start-ups. For both buildings, we created brand spaces tailored to the target groups and used graphics in the space, furnishing examples and digital screens to develop and bring to life the respective character of the two buildings.



A strong brand presence - inside and out
An efficient mix of analog and digital tools was chosen for the marketing of AHA7: The digital exposé and the AHA7 website present the various attributes of the building complex through clear statements in terms of both content and design. For the classic communication, we developed an elegant brochure whose design harmonizes perfectly with all other measures and thus adequately (pre-)announces what the viewer can expect on the site.
The customer journey begins even before entering the building: in order to strategically communicate the AHA7 brand to the outside world, building signs, window graphics and façade banners were developed based on the exposé and website content and placed on the site.
The 360° real estate campaign for AHA7 makes a vision of modern and contemporary office space tangible and tangible. The tour and presentation of the property leaves a lasting impression on visitors and interested parties.
