Hybrid is the key! 

Best of both worlds – hybrid events

Hybrid events make it possible to address a live event to all participants – both live on site and digitally via livestream. At this hybrid C-level customer event, a select number of COVID-19-compliant participants were guests at three different locations of our customer in Germany. Other participants were able to follow the event digitally via livestream. Munich, Berlin, and Frankfurt—three German cities came together for a live event that was broadcast digitally.

This requires complex scheduling and thorough technical coordination to ensure the smooth integration of live content from the various locations.

One presenter per location guided the audience through the evening live and digitally. With the help of speakers at the individual locations, the discussion rounds and presentations were broadcast live.

In addition, COVID-19-compliant measures were in place on site to ensure the safety of guests.

This included contact tracing and mandatory masks outside of one's own seat, as well as space and capacity planning to ensure minimum distances between guests.

In addition to fine-tuning and implementing this new concept, Jazzunique was also responsible for the creative design of the event – from print productions such as invitations and menu cards to the design of digital content.
