People & Culture: Realignment in Human Resources
We are realigning our former HR department under the name "People & Culture". Through the renaming, we are placing a stronger focus on positive experiences by further focusing and expanding the strategic and personal development of the approximately 60 all-stars. Benedikt Hansen, previously Teamlead Human Resources, is responsible for the new and expanded area. He sees the renaming as a symbol for the promotion of individuality and potential of the Allstars - not as resources, but rather as people.
Benedikt has been in charge of Human Resources at Jazzunique since 2019 and, as the new Director of People & Culture, will focus on a newly designed onboarding process and increased training opportunities.

The creation of the "People & Culture" department can be seen as the result of an internal transformation process, which was preceded by an intensive examination of Jazzunique's identity. The new department allows us to express this even better and to give our own claim a framework.
