An appearance with appeal

As the leading global trade fair for international tourism, the ITB is the central stage for destinations, airlines and strong brands.

As part of the Lufthansa Group stand, Discover Airlines presented itself at the ITB 2025 with an appearance that combined brand-strategic clarity, playful activation and emotional engagement in a compact space.

The focus: the destination Tampa Bay and the strategic partnership with the NFL team Tampa Bay Buccaneers - translated into a multi-sensory brand experience with a sporty character.

Activation that hits

The central element of the appearance was the customized speed check tunnel at the ITB - an interactive experience module where visitors could measure the speed of their throw live. An integrated real-time speedometer precisely recorded every movement, while a live leaderboard made the competitive nature of the event tangible - the main prize was a flight to Tampa.

The activation impressed with its clear game mechanics, technically reliable implementation and a design that combined brand identity and quality of experience. A dynamically reacting lighting system visually intensified the throwing motion - and gave the installation an energetic atmosphere - between sporting ambition, technological precision and the desire to travel.

The partnership with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers was visually integrated - via a world of color, graphic quotes and narrative elements that charged the destination with emotion and sport.

A moment for the sun

In addition, a photo station with the motto “Let's discover your sunniest smile” provided personal memories. Inspired by the moment of arrival at the destination beach, an emotional brand moment with a wanderlust factor was created to take home with you.

We were responsible not only for the idea and design, but also for the conception of the trade fair presentation. In close cooperation with Discover Airlines, we created an experience space that combined brand identity, interaction and emotion.
