Experience places to work

Since we at Jazzunique are not only concerned with spaces, but also with its activation, we are pleased that this rethinking has already reached many of our customers. The office as a place of experience deals with internal and external communication and, as a home base for employees, plays an important role in the development and manifestation of corporate culture.

The disciplines for space and activation, i.e. architecture, design and communication including storytelling, can no longer be separated from one another.

In the following we present example projects in which these essential components were used:

Spaces & Communication: Crédit Agricole CIB

For our client Crédit Agricole CIB, we worked closely together to plan, manage and implement two floors of office spaces in the ONE in Frankfurt on a total area of ​​approx. 2800m². For this we didn't go with classic office structures but rely on homogeneous areas within a heterogeneous overall concept.

In order to involve all the customer's employees in the process of developing the new office space, we also implemented various measures in the change management process.

The imprfct space is the reinvented heart of our agency. It represents a lively field of experimentation and a constantly changing laboratory for experience-oriented communication. It is a creative stage for new thinking, collaborations and innovative projects.

Based on our culture and philosophy, it offers space for inspiring exhibitions, events and workshops. This creates unique and tangible experiences that bring our company values ​​to life.

Communication:
Core Values

Within our agency's annual kickoff, we brought our core values ​​to life. With these core values, a framework has emerged with which we can clearly name our identity and thus consciously cherish and nurture it. A framework that provides our employees with orientation and decision-making aids in everyday life and supports them in pursuing and expanding our common principles.

For the development of our values, we have dealt intensively with our identity and identified where we come from as a company, what drives us as people, how we appear and what we really want to do.
