New working environments at the ONE Tower
Holistically thought, designed & implemented
For our client Crédit Agricole CIB we designed and realized two office floors in the Frankfurt Tower ONE on a total area of approx. 2,800m².
The aim of our client was to break up classic office structures and implement numerous homogeneous areas within a heterogeneous overall concept.
Homogeneity meets heterogeneous concept
In order to enable "activity-based working", workspaces were created that allow active and dynamic teamwork and at the same time contribute to promoting performance and creativity.
A clear zoning paired with functional applications makes the allocation of these areas clear to the employees and ensures a clean and open working environment.
New Ways of Working
A variety of measures were implemented as part of a change process in order to involve all of the customer's employees in the process of developing the new office space from the outset and to provide them with comprehensive information on the way to the new premises. A group of 20 ambassadors acted as communicators between the project team and employees and were involved in various working groups in decision-making processes, for example on topics such as branding in space, office guidelines and working materials.
A showroom at the old office location, in which the new working environment could be examined and tested in advance, had a positive effect on the success of the project.
In addition, all employees were informed about current developments via extensive internal communication activities such as videos, newsletter formats and town hall meetings.
